October 2007 ~ Visit gynecologist to plan; get off all meds

January 2009 ~ Revist gynecologist...it's been a year and no baby

February 5, 2009 ~ CD3 Blood Work (FSH & Thyroid)-- GOOD!

February 12, 2009 ~ SA appt -- GOOD!

February 26, 2009 ~ Progesterone blood work-- GOOD!

April 10, 2009 ~ HSG: both tubes blocked.

June 15, 2009 ~ Laparascopy (LAP)

Good News: Tubes are open!

Bad News: Stage 4 Endo

June 29, 2009 ~ Post-Op Appt; We have two choices:

1. 6mths of Lupron then try on our own

2. IVF

July 21, 2009 ~ Meet with RE

August 6, 2009 ~ Ultrasound and Hysteroscopy to look for cysts (one large one found in left ovary)

August 7, 2009 ~ start 6 weeks of bc pills to try to supress the cyst

September 2009 ~ the cyst is still there--and big. No IUI for me. Must do IVF. Planning for IVF in January.

May 2010 ~ 28 days of Lu.pron

May 26 ~ sounding, blood work, injection class & schedule

June 7 ~ start 10cc Lupron

June 10 ~ suppression check (e2 = 23)

June 11 ~ decrease Lu.pron to 5cc; start 125 Foll.i.stim (am & pm); Z & I start Doxy.cycline antibiotic

June 14 ~ start daily monitoring / bloodwork

June 23 ~ Egg Retrieval

June 28 ~ Embryo Transfer

July 8 ~ BFP!!! beta #1 : 144 (10dp5dt)

July 12 ~ beta #2 : 850 (14dp5dt)

July 19 ~ beta #3 : 8,480 (21dp5dt)

July 22 ~ First U/S

November 2 ~ It's a BOY!

March 22 ~ Dane is born!
